Avoira receives the Partner of the Year award

Avoira is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as The Partner of the Year by the AI Contact Centre Developer, Xdroid.

Since its launch in 2019, the innovative new software has taken speech recognition to the next level in the UK.

The software offers a powerful omnichannel interaction analytics solution, to support the implementation of real-time agent prompting, empowering agents to make agile decisions, and perform their own quality assurance. The software seamlessly integrates with UCaaS and XCaaS platforms and delivers a significant return on investment for UK businesses.

The Avoira team received the award during a presentation in the innovation centre in Malaga Spain, during the Xdroid Partner Summit.

The award was presented by Gerry De Graff, Managing Director Xdroid International, in front of partners from all over the world.


This award represents the growth and development, of their partner channel and end customer business.  By listening to their customers they deliver a return on investment from our interaction analytics and live in call agent prompting. Following the successful build and implementation, of the solutions, the clients love the results. The award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the team. By analyzing customer interactions, we have been able to discover the key challenges and opportunities facing contact centres in the UK today. This provides valuable insights, prompt the agent live in the call and identify future trends.
