A Massive Well Done and Even Bigger Thank You.

Congratulations to the small team of volunteers from Avoira for their outstanding achievement in raising over £500 for The Christie, a cancer charity. It’s heart-warming to see dedicated individuals coming together to make a positive impact.

The team can be proud of their accomplishment, cycling 60 miles from Manchester to Blackpool is no small feat and completing the ride in just over 5 hours is impressive. It must have been a wonderful experience for the team, especially with the sunny weather and the sense of camaraderie among them.

It’s great to hear that they had a fantastic day and enjoyed the journey through places like Westhoughton, Standish, Preston, Lytham, and finally reaching Blackpool. A well-deserved break at the finish must have been a perfect way to relax and celebrate their achievement before the heavy rainfall and thunderstorms arrived.

Scott Mordue, Head of Marketing at Avoira, expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported the cause and donated to The Christie. “The generosity of individuals like you plays a crucial role in helping organisations like The Christie continue their valuable work in fighting cancer. He added, “It’s been wonderful to see the team’s enthusiasm I highly recommend this event and would encourage people who are looking to take on a challenge to join us and participate next year”.

Those who wish to contribute further to The Christie, can visit https://www.justgiving.com/page/avoiracycle to donate. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.

Once again, a massive well done to the Avoira team for their dedication and successful fundraising efforts. They are an inspiration to others, and their contribution will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the lives of many.
