Alastair Ralph is a Technical Solutions Pre Sales specialist at Avoira, with extensive experience helping organisations adopt modern communications and collaboration technologies.

Based in Bury, Alastair works closely with public and private sector customers to simplify complex challenges, with a particular focus on Microsoft Teams, UCaaS, and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

He is passionate about helping organisations unlock real business value from AI—improving productivity, enhancing user experience, and enabling smarter ways of working—while ensuring solutions are practical, secure, and aligned to organisational goals.

Chris Lishman

Chris Lishman is Head of Customer Experience(CX)and IT Technology at Avoira, where he leads the design and delivery of customer experience strategies that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.

As an MCSE with extensive experience in transforming service operations, Chris works across teams and technologies to simplify complex processes and create seamless, high-impact customer journeys.

Chris works closely with partners and customer stakeholders across the organisation to optimise performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and embed data-driven decision making.

He has a particular interest in leveraging AI and automation—such as Xdroid’s IQ and Microsoft Copilot.
